  • Start with your Favorite Cup of Coffee. Ours is the New England Coffee, or anything KONA.
  • Get some Heavy Cream (make sure there is no carrageenan in the Heavy Cream).
  • I’m going to use a Milk-Frother to whip air into a 1/2 inch of Heavy Cream at the bottom of my Coffee Mug.
  • Add a splash of Caramel Syrup ( Torani Brand). And Sugar-Free, knowing its not the best either. But a splash.
  • Then Pour the Freshly Brewed Coffee over the Milk-Frothed Heavy Cream and “splash” of Torani Caramel Syrup.

Now, its time for the Thermogenic Fat Burning! Lay 1 plos Snap over the Cup of Hot Coffee. And let it warm the “Mocha” Flavored Coffee Companion. 1 minute is good. Then “SNAP” and enjoy, then drink the coffee behind it. You just activated Fat Burning Bliss. Now if you are going to continue with the Crepes and Eggs, you may want to take the plos with your 3rd Cup of Coffee, after the Crepes and Cheesy Eggs.

Sharing a great Recipe. Simple, but very good. And it has been a recipe in existence for many years. It has been used against many others and has always been the best one to use.

While making this Batter can be done moments before using it, we recommend making it and having it sit in the fridge/refrigerator for a few hours or overnight even. Also, a single batch is never enough. And they can be used again for another meal, later in the day or the following day(s). So we always over-make them to allow for that. (See more details below). So know that a double batch is probably best, even if its 1 or 2 people. Then if you have more, do an extra batch (or additional) for every 2 persons.

  • for each batch 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • for each batch 2 eggs
  • for each batch 1/2 cup milk
  • for each batch 1/2 cup water
  • for each batch 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • for each batch 2 Tablespoons Butter (you don’t want anything but butter here – so substitutes) – Melted.

An Emersion Blender (as seen in the presentation video above) or in any Blender really, add all the ingredients in the order as explained above. You want the batter to be smooth. No chucks of flower. These are not pancakes (where we are told to leave them lumpy) these are Crepes. No lumps, Smooth is the goal. And smooth, using the spatula or mixing spoon to utilize all of the ingredients that may be on the side of the mixer/bowl.

You want to use a Crepe Maker. The closest one to ours is found by going here. These are a must have. Great Gifts. And if you have children, you may want 2. Allowing you to teach them as you make these. Something to look forward on holidays, or Sundays, or for Dinner on Wednesday!

Wonderful addition to the Crepes. Or just as Cheesy Eggs for Sunday Brunch. Or for Dinner on hectic Thursday.

  • Water: 1 ounce of water per 4 eggs. And while this may be a new twist to your cooking eggs, do not knock it till you try it at least once. The fluffiness is really something.
  • Salt and Pepper. To taste. Though you’ll notice that it really POPS the flavor when you do it from the get go with the heated pan.
  • PAM Non-Stick Cooking Spray. Or Butter. The Non-Stick Spray is easy, yet the more you look into it the more you may never want to use it again.

Start by cracking the eggs directly into the mixing bowl. Then add in the water allowing it to add the future fluff. 1 ounce of water for every 4 eggs (is the suggested amount). Then mix all the eggs and the added water to a smooth consistency. We use an Emersion Blender. You can get one here. Awesome to use, and quick to clean and put away.

Now turn on the burner, to medium-high heat. Be sure to adjust to your stove top. This is better to be slow and less heat than fast and higher heat. Then do the following once your heat is going to your pan (so within 45 seconds of turning the heat on).

  1. Remove the Pan from the Heat and spray it with the Pam Cooking Spray (Or hopefully Healthier Option). This is a key element to the process. If you are not using a spray, use Butter.
  2. Then Return the Pan to the Heat. And this is where a new twist for many happens. Sprinkle to taste pepper directly to the Pan that has been heated and has Cooking Spray (or Butter). Allowing the heating of the pan to then heat and open up the pepper. This is a difference maker.
  3. Add salt to taste. After you get the Pepper to Heat Up, add in Salt. This is to taste, and be aware that if you are using a salty cheese that you may need far less Salt. But this is a great process where the heat will allow the Salt to enter the flavor differently.
  4. Then once that is all heating, after 10-20 seconds or so, add some cheese. Allowing it to begin melting. Melting, not fully melted.
  5. Then, once it is melting, not melted; pour the blended eggs into the pan over the heated salt and pepper.
  6. Then stir and add more cheese as you go. As the eggs are cooked to perfection. When its not too runny, and it is cooked but not overcooked.
  7. Also; be sure to save some cheese to complete this Cheesy Egg Dish. Once the Eggs are Cooked, they are hot, and will allow you to top off the dish with more cheese. And let it melt as you remove the Cheesy Eggs from the Heat.

This is going to be a huge crowd pleaser. And know that there are so many more things you can add into the Crepes. Here are just a few ideas to use.

  • Syrup. This can be Maple, Blackberry, Carmel or Chocolate. You get the idea. Strawberry, or all of the options.
  • Jams/Jellies. These are always an option.
  • Banana’s. Ok this is where Nutella and Banana is a great idea.
  • Fruit or even Fruit Salad. You would be amazed at how well a Can of Fruit Salad and Cool Whip goes into a Crepe. Let alone any fruit, berries or combination.
  • Sliced Meats and Cheese. Basically make the Crepe a version of a Sandwich. You can make many of them, and enjoy all sorts of Meat and Cheese Combination.
  • Add Cream Cheese and Toppings. Even Creme Cheese with Jam or Jelly in a Crepe
  • Oh this can go on and on.

And Lastly (as an Idea here) you can create a Crepe Bar. With all sorts of nuts, toppings, syrups, and items to add in. Using many of the things above.
